Should you detect any breakage or defects, kindly capture photographs and videos of the items directly from their original carton. All claims must be lodged within 30 days after the container's discharge. If it is determined that the issue lies with the quality of our products, you may return the damaged items with complimentary shipping. Upon receipt of these items, we will promptly devise a compensation plan to address your concerns.

Yes, we provide free samples, but the freight cost is on buyer's account. Generally, we send it via DHL after freight cost collected, and you can also arrange Express to pick up samples from our office.

Please help take photos /videos of the problem immediately when you get goods, we would send you replacements in the next order or make compensation after our evaluation.
