Quality Assurance

If breakage or defects are detected, you need to take pictures and videos of the products from the original carton. All the claims should be presented within 30 days after discharging the container. lf it's the quality problem of our products, you can send the damaged products with free shipping, and we will make a compensation plan immediately after we receive the damaged ones.

Here is a real case
* On Sept 13th, 2019 (Friday), one of our customers claimed that some of our sprayers could not reach a supposed spray performance. At the earliest time, our company checked with him about the proportion of defective sprayers and other more details in order to prepare for an internal check. 

* On Sept 16th, 2019 (Monday), our customer replied to us that they would check the proportion of defective products.

* On Sept 27th, 2019, the customer informed us the defective rate was 2.2% which was much higher than our standard defective rate.

* On Oct 29th, 2019, we flied to this customer's office. After testing 3 cartons of sprayers randomly, we found the reason was our new assembly line didn't assemble the products in right positions. After reporting to our management team, we made compensation to this customer immediately. Later. The customer became our long-term customer and placed an annual order of 300.000 USD.

Yes, we provide free samples, but the freight cost is on buyer's account. Generally, we send it via DHL after freight cost collected, and you can also arrange Express to pick up samples from our office.
